Once I have submitted the application, how long before I receive a confirmation on whether I am accepted to participate?
Once we receive your application, we generally confirm the participation within 5 business days.

I would like to apply for one of the upcoming Global Forums, how can I do that?
We have individual application forms for each program

Should I apply by or on the advertised application deadline?
We accept participants on rolling basis, thus we strongly recommend applying ahead of the deadline to secure a seat at an interested forum.

What is the purpose of the 'personal statement’?
Because of the completive nature of our programs, we strive to give opportunities to the applicants that display the most interest and qualification for the program. You are free to choose one of three topics under the dropdown list within the application.

Does Athgo provide accommodations?
No. Athgo provides optional accommodation packages. The costs vary for each event. Applicants are encouraged to find their own accommodations and ahead of time

Can I apply for a scholarship to cover my travel expenses?
Athgo does not provide travel/lodging funds unless clearly stated on a particular program. We suggest our participants to seek funding from local businesses/corporations. These entities are welcome to contact us for reference.

How can I pay for my registration and Accommodation Fees?
We accept credit card payments, money orders, personal checks, official checks, and travelers’ checks. Credit card transactions carry an additional surcharge of 3%. For credit card transactions please email us for an appropriate invoice.

I have trouble with sending the application via email. Is there any other option of sending the form?

Just in the case of emergency, if I need to cancel my participation, can I get a refund on my registration fee or Accommodation Package?
Because we accept our participants on rolling basis, we are not able to hold seats for other applicants thus limiting our registration only to those who have paid their fees fully. Therefore, accommodation package payments and the registration fees are nonrefundable.
