Woodrow W. Clark II, MA3, Ph.D. is a qualitative economists who is an MBA
Lecturer for the Anderson School, University of California, LA and Heckmann Center for International Entrepreneurship at University of California, Riverside.

Dr. Clark has published dozens of articles and a book on the California energy crisis: Agile Energy Systems. (See Publications page for additional info.) His current book project: Qualitative Economics: toward a science of economics is due for publication in 2008. Clark was Senior Energy Advisor (e.g. Renewable Energy, Emerging Technologies, and Finance) to California Governor Davis. During the 1990s, he was Manager, Strategic Planning, Energy Directorate, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Visiting Professor, International Entrepreneurship, Aalborg University, Denmark. He was a co-editor and co-author on two separate chapters for the Inner Governmental Panel on Climate Change (1999).

In 2005, Clark founded Clark Strategic Partners in Los Angeles, California. Clark serves as Energy Director for the Los Angeles Community College District; Senior Foreign Energy Advisor for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (IMAR) Peoples Republic of China, and as Senior Fellow for the Milken Institute.

Dr. Clark is also the leader of an Expert Team to advise the EU on the Third
Industrial Revolution (Jeremy Rifkin). Dr. Clark serves on several boards, including the University of California, Berkeley Alumni Board and the Campus Sustainable Development Committee.
