Mr. Hayley Alexander
Chief of Party, USAID Competitive Armenian Private Sector Project

Mr. Alexander is Chief of Party (Director) of the USAID funded Competitive Armenian Private Sector Project (CAPS), which is being implemented by Nathan Associates, Inc. The project is engaged in improving the competitiveness of the IT, tourism and pharmaceuticals industries in Armenia. CAPS uses the cluster methodology to integrate the strategic aims of industry, government, educational institutions and business services providers. Mr. Alexander has over twenty years of experience in private business and consulting, fourteen of which have been working in transitional economies for the Emerging Markets Group, including: Russia, Egypt, Ukraine, Bosnia, Croatia, Tanzania and Armenia. Mr. Alexander holds an MBA in Marketing from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
