Lionel Schutz
Director of Development, Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation
Lionel Schutz, graduated from the Jean Moulin University of Lyon, has a degree in urban climatology. He is also a graduate from the French Business School ESSEC. He currently teaches at the Urban Institute of Grenoble.
Lionel Schutz first started as manager of the Local and Urban Development Department of the NGO Handicap International. He then joined the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs as advisor to the National Director in charge of Social Development in Mali. Subsequently, he worked in the resource and development unit of French NGO and foundation in Paris.
Today, Lionel Schutz is the Financial and Development Director of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, created in June 2006 by the Sovereign Prince of Monaco. The Foundation is totally focused on sustainable development and major environment issues.
Lionel Schutz is in charge of fundraising, partnerships and international development.
